At Ruthie Clean Services, we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to refunds, cancellations, and service claims, in accordance with standard business practices in the United States.

1. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are not issued once the service has been completed, whether partially or fully.

 

2. Claims and Re-Cleaning

If a client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must notify Ruthie Clean Services within 24 hours of service completion.

After reviewing the claim, the company may offer a partial or full re-cleaning at no additional cost as the primary resolution.

 

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.

4. Advance Payments

Any advance payment or deposit is considered a reservation of the service date and time.

  • If the cancellation is made within the allowed time frame, the payment may be applied as a credit toward a future service.

  • Cash refunds are not provided.

5. Exceptions

Refunds, whether partial or full, will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • The service was not provided due to reasons attributable to the company.

  • Verified administrative or billing errors.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
